The seat is shallow; the back rises in one move and meets the arms without journey. The form lifts slightly off the floor on a recessed plinth. Taupe velvet softens the geometry, catching light along the upper edge and shading deep at the seat junction. The pile is brushed in a single direction. There is no decorative seam visible from the front. Stitching is concealed beneath the seat and along the underside of the arms.
