.005 is a modular sectional drawn as a perimeter. Five volumes meet at soft right angles to enclose a single conversation room within a room. Two pebble-shaped ottomans terminate the form. A long central back stretches between them; two flanking seats step forward to receive the corner cushions. Terracotta velvet warms the work. The pile reads dry rather than glossy; shadows pool where the volumes meet the floor. The corner cushions are unfixed — they are themselves objects, free to be rotated, lifted, or set on the floor as small additional seats. Suited to private residences, collectors’ interiors, and gathering rooms where seating is meant to define the architecture rather than serve it.
